The third instalment in the Mardaani series, Mardaani-3, starring actress Rani Mukerji, discusses the several chapters—or, perhaps more accurately, the mission—of senior police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy.
The plot centers on senior police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy (Rani Mukerji), who was tasked with locating the abducted daughter of a prominent bureaucrat of India. While working on the operation, Shivani discovers that Amma (Mallika Prasad) is in charge of a large-scale kidnapping scheme involving adolescent girls. Amma’s traditional business, which she has been operating for decades, is largely supported by a small number of police officers. Shivani was suspended from her position after failing to save the bureaucrat’s daughter during her assignment. With the assistance of a female police officer, Fatima (Janki Bodiwala), and a few others, she surreptitiously and covertly carries out her objective to free all the abducted females despite her suspension. Climax is the real crux of the story, so, to know what happens at the end, one must watch it.
The focal point of the movie is actress Rani Mukerji. As a cop, her gorgeous performance is incredibly appealing. Her incredible acting and intense action scenes have won over the crowd. In addition to her, the audience has come to love actress Mallika Prasad. She has done a fantastic job as a female villain, and her role is entirely warranted. With their lovely performances, other musicians like Janki Bodiwala and others have also made their presence known.
Even if it doesn’t play a significant part in this crime-action thriller, the background music is still very appealing and adds to the film’s charm.
This film amply displays the charisma of Abhiraj Minawala, whose direction is just outstanding. The tale of Aayush Gupta, Deepak Kingrani, and Baljeet Singh Marwah is outstanding, and the subject matter is instructive. The dialogue and writing are superb enough to hold viewers’ attention till the very end, in addition to having a captivating premise. Overall, this is one of the year’s top crime-action movies. The gorgeous Rani Mukerji has maintained the same strength, appeal, and hold in the third instalment thanks to her amazing performances. So why wait? To see it, go to the closest movie theatre.
