MUMBAI: The second-year B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies students at Atharva College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology proudly staged its renowned hospitality showcase, “Totally 90s,” an immersive event with a vintage theme. Through creative culinary presentations, music, décor, and interactive features, the immersive afternoon brought the charm and energy of the 1990s to life.
Held at the Bistro, ACHMCT, the venue was transformed into a lively 90s-inspired space, featuring creative culinary concepts, classic hits of the decade, and engaging guest experiences. The student-led initiative highlighted their growing expertise in menu development, event coordination, service design, and thematic execution.
Supported by Principal Mr. Kishor Saha, the event reinforced the college’s commitment to practical, industry-driven learning. Faculty members applauded the students’ professionalism, creativity, and ability to deliver an engaging and well-orchestrated hospitality experience.
