NEW DELHI: Five individuals in the Jagatpuri village of North Delhi were hurt when a leopard broke into a home early on Monday, according to authorities in Wazirabad. The names of the victims are Rampal, Akash, and Mahender etc. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Manoj Meena, at approximately 6.14 am, a call was received by the police control room near Adarsh Nagar, prompting the police team to travel to Jagatpuri village in Wazirabad. The forest officers were also notified.
Following the leopard’s confinement in a room by seven representatives of the local police, fire department, and forest department, a rescue operation is underway.
