Thugs of Goa is one of Sai Patil’s most eagerly awaited films. In a stunning way, the movie talks about the thefts and mischief that occur in Goa, one of the most popular tourist destinations.
A girl is looking for Jigar, a local Goan boy who works in the bike rental business, at the beginning of the film. She wants to get the bike at all costs so she can present it to her spouse because it’s a limited edition. A bunch of local boys and girls plan to scam her after finding out about her request. They sell the bike for 13 lakhs and make a fictitious claim to be its owner. After discovering the truth, the real owner follows this gang, and conflict arises with them. After they win this fraud case, they intend to carry out the bigger swindle with affluent people going to Goa for fun and picnics. This time, they take on a far more challenging mission and fall into the police trap. As the story goes on, they encounter more and more significant issues. The climax is the real centre of the story. So, to see what happens in the end, one must watch it.
Actors Gayatri Bansode and Suryansh Tripathi provide a superb performance. The audience was in awe of their powerful performances. Together with them, Ruchika Singh, Manveer Singh, and Ankita Desai made a stronger impression. Vikky Mote, Giriraj Kulkarni, Sagar, Pabbale, Harshit Upadhyay, Pranay Teli, Sunil Kusegaonkar, Rajdev Jamdade, Yogesh Kumawat, and Navnath Shrimandilkar are not the only performers who have performed their roles to a high standard.
The cityscape of Goa is beautifully captured on camera. Presenting Goa in a more cinematic way was the cinematographer’s aim. Another strong point of the movie is the direction. The charm of Sai Patil’s direction is evident in this movie. He has done everything he can to utilize the resources as efficiently as possible.
Taking everything into account, this crime thriller is worth viewing. In addition to its compelling plot and setting, the movie is justified for a variety of reasons. Actors are able to maintain the audience’s attention during the performance and leave a lasting impression even with less well-known faces. So why wait? Go and watch it in cinemas near you.
